About us
A Spring Valley builder with one simple promise
You will always know who is responsible for your project, and you will always be able to reach them.
Who we are
ELC Construction Inc. is a general contractor based in Spring Valley, New York. The company has been in business since 2020 and is led by owner Eli Lewenstein. Our goal is simple: give homeowners and community organizations in Rockland County a builder they can rely on from start to finish.
We build new homes and additions, remodel kitchens, bathrooms and basements, and take on construction for places of worship, small businesses and civic spaces. The size of the job changes. The way we run it does not.
How we work
Construction goes wrong in the gaps: between trades, between the estimate and the bill, between what was promised and what happens on site. We close those gaps by being your single point of contact for the entire project.
That starts with a free site visit, so we see the job in person before anything is planned. Once work begins, we manage every trade and keep you updated as things move. At the end, we walk the job with you before we call it finished.
Rooted in Rockland County
We live and work here. Our suppliers, inspectors and trade partners are within about 20 minutes of Spring Valley, which keeps projects moving and makes us easy to reach. We also know what Hudson Valley weather does to a building, and we build accordingly.
What sets us apart
One point of contact
You get one person for the whole job: one number to call, one schedule and one team responsible for the result.
Licensed and insured
A licensed general contractor carrying general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, so your home and our crew are protected.
A local network
Our suppliers, inspectors and trades are within about 20 minutes of Spring Valley. Materials arrive sooner, and problems get solved faster.
Built for Hudson Valley weather
Freeze-thaw winters, wet springs and humid summers. We choose materials and details that stand up to all of it.
