Privacy policy
Short version: we only use your information to answer your inquiry, and we never sell it.

Who we are
This website, elc-construction.com, is run by ELC Construction Inc., a general contractor based in Spring Valley, NY.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, town, project type and message. We also record the page you sent the form from.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To schedule a site visit and give you a price if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are delivered through a form service (RG Forms) and stored in a private Google Sheet in our Google account. Those providers process the data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely. Some images are served by Unsplash.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out any work you hire us for, and keep normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email [email protected] or call 845-709-4547.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
